That’s Opportunity #3. Think of the proverbial mason jar buried in the back yard (it’s fascinating to think of how many are still there) or the money under the mattress (wow, it still happens, and a lot of it still disappears). Being responsible for a thumb drive, needing a 6+ digit password and 12-24 “secret words” is a lot of things – confusing, intimidating, risky, stressful. It’s also incredibly secure. But the vast majority of us will not easily go down that road – we feel more comfortable with somewhere we view as safe to keep it.
